Catarina Tres is a beautifully renovated apartment located in the village L'Estartit. The jewel of this place is, without any doubts, its magnificent views from the spacious terrace of the Mediterranean Sea, the Medes Islands and the port.
In less than a 5 minutes walk you will arrive at the animated center with cozy streets where you can stroll through and terraces where you can order a nice cold "cerveza". The resort of L'Estartit is known for its lively port with nice restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach of more than 5 km long, all within walking distance.
The complex has a lovely swimming pool with sunbathing area where you can enjoy also the great views over the Medes Islands and the port. Catarina Tres consists of a spacious living room from where you have access to the lovely terrace, from there you can get directly to the communal swimming pool via staircase. The modern kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a beautiful bathroom with luxury shower. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and has a private parking lot.

Het uitzicht, de rust (in voorseizoen), het huis zelf !!
Alle faciliteiten van het huis zijn prima in orde. Bedden liggen goed. Mooie grote TV.
Verbeterpunten: parkeerplek was een beetje moeilijk toegankelijk, rondom parkeerplek veel zwerfafval door de containers aan de overkant die niet dicht waren, vogels zitten in het afval te pikken.
Zwembad kon iets schoner.
Te weinig koffiekopjes, wijnglazen zijn dof uitgeslagen door de vaatwasser. Douchegordijn mag wel opgefrisd worden.

C'est un appartement très chaleureux, à la décoration très contemporaine qui donne une luminosité très agréable , emplacement idéal ( un peu de sport pour remonter à pied, c'est du sport. ) nous recommandons sans hésiter ce bien merci pour l'accueil et la réception

Appartement conforme à la description, agréable fonctionnel et amménagé avec beaucoup de goût ! Emplaçement idéal, proche de la mer des commerces et à proximité de Gérone, Figueres, Cadaquès ...pratique pour visiter. Excellente communication avec les hôtes, dès la réservation, ce qui est très agréable, je recommande à 200% !
