Your holiday rental, arranged over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: A separate living room, a beautiful, well-equipped fitted kitchen, a lounge area in a 30 m² veranda offering lovely views of the river and park, one bedroom (one double bed 160x200 cm), one bedroom (two single beds 90x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms (each with one single bed 140x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

They have created two very comfortable and warmly furnished gîtes, Kraou Tomm and Ti Tad Coz, one at each end of this charming longhouse.
The central space is uninhabited to preserve the independence and privacy of each family and houses the swimming pool.
For the enjoyment of young and old alike, there is an indoor pool heated to 28°C year-round and a spa offering a lovely view of the small river: a completely relaxing and rejuvenating environment! You will have a pleasant stay in this gîte, which is just 500 meters from a private pond.
The gîte is located 10 minutes from Lake Guerlédan and its water sports center.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte. Il est très bien situé pour visiter la Bretagne. Il est spacieux et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Nous n’ avons manqué de rien . Nos filles étaient ravies de s’ occuper des animaux . Un grand merci pour votre accueil . À très bientôt.
