L'accueil, le cadre, l'emplacement, la propreté des lieux, le proprio sympa.
- Le lit (canapé) dont le matelas mérite d'être changé et dont les ressorts sont bruyants.
- La télévision très petite sans décodeur TNT qui a un très mauvais son.
- La douche qui n'est pas équipé de douchette à main.

Très bon emplacement de la location, proche de Janzé et au calme. Le studio est nickel propre bien équipé et le propriétaire sympa.Je ne met pas 5* car le lit (canapé) a un matelas hors d'âge et le sommier grince.La douche n'a pas de douchette à main.Le téléviseur trop petit à un très mauvais son.

Logement très bien situé à proximité de toutes les commodités mais avec le calme de la campagne. Le studio est propre et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour. Le gros plus: une entrée indépendante et une terrasse privative.Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !
