This semi detached house is situated in a short walk from the beach at Forelands whilst being within level walking distance of the shops and amenities at Lane End Road.
The property provides accommodation for couples and families alike and benefits include a ground floor walk-in shower room which is DDA compliant, and good size sun room ideal for family dining. Bembridge is a rare village in that it boasts a large range of local shops and amenities whilst the focal point is the bustling harbour with its two sailing clubs. There are sandy beaches and a host of coastal and rural footpaths also close to hand. 4 Brooks Close is situated in an ideal location for beach holidays, walking holidays and cycling holidays.
There are fabulous views and countryside to be discovered along the miles of footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths nearby.
Birdwatchers will also find the cottage ideally located for the RSPB reserve. Ryde is a short drive away with its further expanse of beaches and Puckpool Park for children. Great property for accommodating 4 adults and 3 dogs, as lots of space downstairs. Only a short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed every evening to walk our dogs. Beds were very comfortable and a bonus of having 2 showers/toilets. All in all, had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Just one small suggestion, a hairdryer would be a useful addition for guests.

Brooks Close is a great place to stay in Bembridge. The house is 2 mins from the beach, its dog friendly and is well set up to support dogs enjoying the beach.\r\nThe beds all have good mattresses on then so are comfortable. The conservatory is great for most of the time, but the living room stays wonderfully cool in hot weather.

My 8th stay here, great as always. Was surprised how cool the upstairs and the front room stayed in the heat, which was really helpful
