Just a short stroll from the heart of the city centre is Victoria Cottage. This 2 bedroom terrace property is located with the city walls and has recently undergone an extensive renovation and is presented to a very good standard throughout.
The ground floor features a lounge complete with flat screen LCD TV and soundbar. The room leads through to the dining area that can seat 4 for dinner. The kitchen is equipped with a granite worktop, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a washer/dryer that can be found in the external garage.
The house bathroom is on the ground floor at the rear property and features a bath with overhead shower.
Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a king size bed and the other has twin beds.
Free high speed WiFi throughout with Virgin Media.
The property is only suited for children over 5 years old due to the nature of the stairs within the property.
A digital parking permit in a local car park is included to enhance your stay by offering convenient parking space for one car. The car park is a short 5 minute walk away.

Excellent house in great location. Warm and clean. The only downside is that there was no opportunity to recycle any rubbish. We contacted stays York to ask where to put the glass and they suggested with the rest of the rubbish. We left them in the house! Also it would be helpful if some additional ...
