Villa Portichol is a magnificent villa for enjoying a relaxing holiday.
It is located in one of the best areas of Moraira, just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach, the port, and all the services Moraira offers, including bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.
The villa is spread over 2 floors.
The main floor consists of a spacious living-dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, 1 bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor consists of 5 bedrooms (the small one is for children and has a fan), 2 bathrooms, and a solarium.
Outside, there is a large terrace equipped with garden furniture for enjoying meals, a built-in barbecue, a large private pool, and parking.
With hot/cold air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Just a few steps away, we find the secluded Cala del Portixolet, very suitable for diving and fishing.
It is hidden on a cliff and accessed by descending a staircase.
Wandering through the narrow streets of Moraira's old town is another great attraction for visitors.
Its cobblestone streets and the facades of its typical Costa Blanca houses give this town a special charm.
Sitting for a drink on one of its terraces or visiting the wide variety of shops lining its old town will offer you another perspective of this coastal town.
Also a must-visit are the almost 8 kilometers of coastline that Moraira boasts, formed by seven virgin beaches and coves that offer the best of the Mediterranean Sea.
Some of them have been awarded the blue flag for the quality of their waters and the services they offer visitors for a complete day at the beach or to practice some of the many activities and water sports available on these beaches and coves along the Alicante coast.

The pictures of the property do not do it justice. The outdoor spaces were great; pool is big, the terrace with dining table was great, the bbq area was good and we loved the table tennis and pool table. The rooms were all generous and full of hanging space and drawers and really well air condition...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy and the villa set up really great. Perfect for 3 families, with plenty of space.
