The 100m2 penthouse consists of a light-flooded living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. Your private outdoor area consists of a covered terrace, an open terrace and a barbecue with breathtaking views over the sea. A shared outdoor area with a garden with garden furniture, a tennis court, a paddle court (both can be used for a fee) and 3 pools is also available for your use. You will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (100-350m; 1-4 minutes walking), while the closest beach, Playa de Carvajal, can be reached after 8 minutes driving (2.9km). Here you can take a dip in the sea or relax under the sun with a good book. If you want to do something different, you can visit the theme park Tivoli World (9 minutes driving; 8km) or the charming centre of Benalmádena, where you can’t miss the park Parque de la Paloma (12 minutes driving; 9.1km).
