Additional notes

Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those of the properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day


Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw payable on departure.


Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
