This family holiday home with swimming pool is located just 700 metres from one of the best beaches in the area: Playa de Muro!
Ca Na Nicole has a floral furnished terrace and a small garden with hammocks that will allow you to disconnect and relax during your holiday on the island. On the terrace you can enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner at an incredible temperature. The house has a well-kept communal chlorine swimming pool (11m x 6m) where you can cool off, sunbathe and enjoy the pleasant climate of Mallorca.
The house has two floors with space for six people. On the ground floor you will be able to enjoy a living-dining room with all the comforts, open to the terrace where you will be able to rest or spend good times with family or friends. Three bedrooms located on the first floor will allow guests to rest comfortably during their stay at Ca Na Nicole.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other room has two single beds. One of the bedrooms with double bed and the bedroom with two single beds have a terrace with two hammocks where you can enjoy a pleasant temperature on summer nights. The bathrooms are also on the first floor, one of them en suite, has a shower, the other bathroom has two sinks and a large bathtub where you can relax. The rustic style kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances so that you can cook a wide variety of food from our Mediterranean diet, including a dishwasher. The comfortable sofa allows you to relax in the air-conditioned living room with Smart TV and fibre optic connection. A table for six will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
The holiday home is ideal for families, as there is a large children's playground right next door. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Just 700 metres away you can stroll along a quiet and refreshing sandy beach with calm waters and a pleasant sea breeze.
Explore the beautiful north coast and visit Mallorca's oldest town, Alcudia! On Tuesdays and Sundays you can stroll around its incredible market in Alcudia, of great tourist interest, offering a wide variety of typical products where you can buy a souvenir to remember your spectacular holiday on the island.
