The imposing Mediterranean style house is located on a plot of 28.000 m2 near Alcudia. The architecturally attractive building with several balconies and covered terraces is located in the middle of a very well-kept and lush garden.
At the foot of the house, the large 12 x 6 meter pool invites you to take a dip. From the terrace with 6 sun loungers and porch you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the beautiful landscape and the surrounding hills.
The outside has different furnished areas to relax, sunbathe or celebrate outdoor meals, as well as a barbecue perfect to enjoy with family or friends.
The house offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub (1 on the ground floor and the other one upstairs), as well as an outside toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. In addition, you can eat at the large table in the living room or even better on the outdoor terrace. The kitchen and the living room are also equipped with air conditioning.
This amazing finca is only 3,5 km away from the village of Alcudia and its picturesque streets and markets, and of course, the very famous white sandy beach of the bay of Alcudia with turquoise water.

De enorme ruimte (heerlijk met 7 volwassenen), het zwembad, verschillende terrassen, grote tuin met o.a. citroenbomen en olijfgaard, de rustige omgeving maar wel dichtbij faciliteiten (met een auto). Leuke plaatsen Alcudia en Pollenca in de buurt. We hebben enorm genoten.
De bedden. Dat was echt een groot minpunt. De 3 slaapkamers beneden hadden losse bedden met een veel te hard matras, kreeg je pijn in je rug van. De bedden van de 2 slaapkamers boven waren 2-persoonsbedden, wel comfortabel matras, maar waren maar 1.40 breed, dus heel erg smal voor 2 personen. Terw...

tjek ind var nemt og vi fik boligen et par timer tidligere.
Ved kontakt til udlejningsfirmaet fik vi hurtig hjælp i forbindelse med udfording med EL.
Haven og Poolen var meget fint vedligeholdt.
Aircondition fungere fint.
Der er meget lidt, men vi manglede nogle bakker til at bærer service ud på terrasserne.
Badehåndklæder til Poolen havde været dejligt, hvis det var der.
