Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, luxurious duplex penthouse just a stone's throw from El Portet beach.
The beach and the Mediterranean Sea are only a few steps away and the town centre of Moraira is a leisurely ten-minute walk away where you can find fabulous restaurants and bars. The duplex is located on the second floor of the apartment building which houses six apartments.
The main floor comprises two bedrooms (one double with air conditioning and en-suite shower room, one with 2 x 90cm beds), family bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
The lounge has a glass curtain offering magnificent views of the beach and the bay of El Portet.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and there is seating in the lounge and at the dining table for six people.
The apartment features WiFi along with satellite TV showing free English channels (including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, etc.). A spiral staircase leads from the main floor to the air-conditioned master suite (king-size bed and en-suite shower room) and the spacious private rooftop terrace.
