Freizeitpark, Krodoland, high ropes course, tennis courts, great modern mini golf course, a few metres further you will find a large extensive golf course and riding halls.
And at lofty heights on the treetop path and with the cable car to the castle mountain.
Now we have a treetop cable car.

The flat is located in a cul-de-sac, where you can reach the lynx enclosure, high ropes course, cable car, treetop path, tree suspension railway, thermal bath, in a few steps you are in the spa park and right in the strolling avenue with many restaurants, shops, cafés, doctors' surgeries, pharmacies and grocery shopping
So that no need remains unfulfilled.

The swimming pool is 10 /20 metres in size in the house, is easily accessible via the lift with bathrobe. The sauna area has 2 saunas
a bio - wet sauna and a dry sauna, as well as relaxation rooms and outdoor relaxation areas, so pure wellness!
For relaxation you can play table tennis or with our football table.
The bowling alley and Dard (chargeable.)
This is taken care of for the cloudy days.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, not in the living area.

Outdoor area:
The residential complex is located in a flat house, the outdoor area is very well maintained with shrubs, a beautiful driveway and large car park.The complex is located in the nature reserve (Riefenbachtal) and in a quiet cul-de-sac.
You have pure nature.
In a few steps you are in the spa gardens, strolling avenue with all your shops, cafes, restaurants, as well as doctors, pharmacies.
The train station can be reached in 1 km, also numerous bus lines in other directions available.
