Villa Cecília is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa in a perfect location with excellent sea views, particularly from the first floor and roof terrace.

It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children (using 2 extra single beds). PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 24 YEARS OF AGE. It is situated just a short walk from Albufeira's "Old" Town Centre (approx. 20 minutes, or about 1.5 km) making this the perfect location for a family holiday without the need for a car. The entrance hall has a charming stone ceiling giving the villa a majestic feel. The lounge/dining room, separated by two steps, features comfortable sofas, a fireplace, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, and air conditioning.

Patio doors lead out to the pool area and gardens. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, electric hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all the pots, pans, utensils, crockery, and cutlery needed for a self-catering stay. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, a large fridge freezer, iron, and ironing board. There is a spacious bedroom also on the ground floor with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom (which has a bath with a shower). A full guest bathroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a bathroom and a twin-bedded room.

The bedroom also features large fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and a private balcony with sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed.

The private balcony has a table and chairs where you can sit and admire the seductive sea views. For entertainment, the lower ground floor is a great games room with a table tennis table and a multi-gym exercise machine (not suitable for children). From the first floor, an external staircase leads to a private roof terrace with the most superb views over Albufeira and out to sea. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Outside, the villa boasts a lovely private swimming pool with a wooden deck surround, an outdoor shower, a charcoal BBQ, and small gardens.

There are sun loungers by the pool and a table with chairs for al fresco dining. On-street parking is available. All bookings include a full clean on your departure. If your booking is for 12 nights or more, then a mid-stay linen and towel change is also included. If you wish, you can book a mid-stay towel change with a light housekeeping service for an additional charge of 30 euros per request. We do not provide full cleaning products - only a small starter pack.

It is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items.

We will provide toilet rolls for each bathroom, but these are not replenished during your stay. Villa Cecília is situated in a residential area, a short stroll from Albufeira Old Town and also within easy reach of the Oura area.

There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, stunning beaches, and local amenities within easy walking distance of the villa.
