It was our 5th stay at Howgills Apartment. As before, we were very happy with service provided. Our apartment was clean, warm and cosy. We had all we needed. Location is brilliant if you like see hills around from morning until evening and if you are walker.

The apartment was very clean, reasonably well presented, but with slightly tired looking decoration and especially the doors. The electric heating was a nightmare to control / understand how it operated. Excellent location close to the high street in Sedburgh. On arrival the lounge / kitchen area had a strong smell of cooking, needed to have some windows opened for ventilation.

A very nice relaxing place to stay with excellent facilities. The location is spot on and driving distance to all famous tourist destinations.\r\nWe met Nigel, the owner of the business, very nice to chat with him. Sorry, we were not able to say goodbye when we left in a hurry to rejoin our friends to the first service station stop on our way home to London.\r\n
