The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out sofa bed.
The bathroom with a large shower and toilet is equipped with underfloor heating, and the central heating throughout the house ensures a pleasant and comfortable climate.
Our rustic, cozy farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the whole family or friends.
It is located in a beautiful, quiet spot on the outskirts of Itter.
Itter is situated at the foot of the Hohe Salve, nestled between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Wilder Kaiser in the magnificent Tyrolean mountain world.
Here you will find peace and relaxation in a dreamlike natural setting.
The two terraces or the small, cozy garden in front of the house offer ample space to linger, sunbathe, and simply enjoy the day.
The new Salvista 10-person gondola lift in Itter is only a five-minute drive away and provides perfect access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, one of Austria's largest and most modern ski areas.
Numerous toboggan runs offer fast-paced, fun sledding, and with sufficient snow cover, you can easily reach the cross-country ski trail without a car.
Its central location makes it a perfect starting point for family hikes into the Tyrolean alpine and mountain world, as well as for challenging mountain tours to the high peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps or the Kaisergebirge.
A well-developed network of cycle paths offers numerous opportunities for extensive bike tours.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, tolle Atmosphäre, liebevoll eingerichtet, neu gemachtes Badezimmer, großer Raum im Erdgeschoss um gemütlich zusammensitzen zu können, kleiner, gepflegter Garten mit Liegemöglichkeiten in der Sonne, großer Tisch auf der Terrasse, um dort auch essen zu können. Grill vorhanden.
War im Vorfeld klar, aber mit 8 Personen manchmal doch nicht immer ganz einfach zu koordinieren mit nur einem Bad, (inkl. WC)
