Number One – Nanjivey Row is a cosy stone cottage that has been sympathetically restored to ensure it offers modern facilities in a traditional setting. With two bedrooms, welcoming pets and benefiting from off site parking, it is an ideal base for exploring St Ives town, restaurants, galleries and beaches; all are only a short ten minute walk from the cottage.
On the ground floor there is a lounge with exposed stone walls and a log burner that is perfect for cosy evenings. Sky Q with Sky Entertainment Package available. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dining area for four.
The staircase leads upstairs to two beautiful and bright double bedrooms also with exposed walls. The master bedroom enjoys distant views across the bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse.
The modern family shower room is on the first floor.
The separate courtyard garden at the front of the property is the perfect place for a relaxing breakfast or early evening glass of wine. Patio furniture and a BBQ is provided.

Really lovely cosy cottage. Clean, warm and comfortable. Modern furniture with comfortable sofas. We didn’t use the log burner as heating as sufficient but I imagine it would be really cosy in the winter too. On outskirts of St Ives up a steep hill but we enjoyed the walk. Nice courtyard for sitting...
