The breathtaking villa Vese Vitez is located in Vinišće, only 26 km from Split, 15 km from Split airport and 44 km from Hvar.
This beautiful location, only 50 m from the beach and the clear blue sea, will surely delight all guests, as will the year-round outdoor heated pool with massage functions and a stunning sea view.
The terrace with a sitting and dining area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and the Mediterranean surroundings.
The villa is ideal for 6 persons, but it can accommodate up to 7, for an extra charge.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with satellite TV, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.
Towels and bed linen are provided, and free private parking is available to all guests.
All areas are air-conditioned, and the villa also has central heating.
The owners have mooring for a boat for extra charge per day. Pets are welcome free of charge! Bike rental is available at the property, and the area is popular for snorkeling. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Wonderful view on the sea, quiet area, swimming pool, cleaness, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, airconditioning, nice and helpful owners - Too many stairs, too far to the shops (one needs to dedicate 2 hours to arrange shopping)
