You'll be staying in the historic district, on the doorstep of Colmar's famous Christmas Market. Here, everything has been thought of to make your holidays or weekends unique and enjoyable. The house can accommodate up to 12 people and promises a real Alsatian experience during your stay. The decor is tasteful and regional, the bedding is comfortable and you'll soon feel right at home.


You'll enjoy your stay to the full thanks to the refined atmosphere of the accommodation: alcoves, half-timbering, wood panelling and solid parquet flooring combine with Alsatian-style decor.

🪜 It is located on the ground floor of the house.

This comfortable studio is equipped with a kitchen and dining area, a 160*200 double bed, a separate shower room with walk-in shower and toilet, a flat-screen TV.


🏡 Le Logis du Maréchal is a large 22 m2 studio for 2 people.

🪜 It is located on the 1st floor of the house. This bright furnished holiday home is equipped with:

a main room with a fitted kitchenette,

an alcove with a 160*200 double bed, a separate bathroom with bath and toilet, a flat-screen TV, free wifi internet access.


🏡 L'Appartement Turenne is a large 22 m2 studio for 2 people.

🪜 It is located on the 2nd floor of the house. This cosy Studio is equipped with:

a living room with kitchen and dining area, an alcove with a 160*200 double bed, a single sofa bed, a separate shower room with shower and toilet, a flat-screen TV.


🏡 Le Repère des Cigognes is a 40 m2 duplex flat for 2 to 4 people.

🪜 It is located on the 3rd floor of the house. This charming Duplex is equipped with:

a lounge area with sofa bed, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a spacious shower room with shower and wc, a flat-screen TV, upstairs, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160* double bed.

🧼A laundry room with shared washing machine is located in the basement.


🅿️ You will find a small public car park just opposite the flat where it is possible to unload your suitcases and park (paying by parking meter, not available during the Christmas markets) during your stay.

🅿️ The Montagne Verte underground public car park and the Place Rapp underground public car park are 700m from the accommodation with a tariff of approximately €40 per 24 hours.

🌃 Colmar: A city to be enjoyed without moderation!

For Georges Duhamel (writing in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful town in the world"... It has also often been said to be the most Alsatian of the towns in Alsace!

Without going into overdrive with superlatives, Colmar is undoubtedly a truly exceptional city in terms of the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.

It is situated close to Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The town offers visitors a fascinating glimpse into over a thousand years of European history. At the same time, Colmar, with its 67,000 inhabitants, retains an endearing "town in the country" feel that adds to its charm.

Despite the ups and downs of its turbulent history, the town has managed to preserve the exceptional homogeneity of its historic centre, which has been classified as a "protected area" and has benefited from ongoing restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless treasures of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it's the Maison des Têtes (built in the early 17th century), which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful Renaissance bourgeois residence of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique.

Religious art in Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, and the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin are marvellous examples of pure and sober Gothic art. Strolling along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, once the hub of fishing and fish sales, you'll fall under the spell of this picturesque district, now known as "Little Venice".


House rules
🚭This is non-smoking accommodation. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is forbidden.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


⛔ Pets are strictly forbidden.


🧹Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and a general cleaning of the flat and sanitary facilities.


🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 60 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €120 cleaning fee


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
