The Hayloft is the perfect romantic getaway for couples with its own private garden and Hot Tub. The lounge and dining table are on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning views over the amazing local Bowland "Middle-Earth" scenery. With its huge panoramic corner windows and wood burner the Hayloft is a really special place whatever the weather.
Downstairs there is a large double bedroom, and ensuite bathroom, which has a separate bath and shower. The front door leads directly into the fully stocked kitchenette, which has an induction hob, microwave/combi oven, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine.
Meals may be enjoyed outside on the patio, in the private garden with firepit, hammock, and Hot Tub, inside overlooking the glorious scenery, or nearby at one of the many excellent local country pubs and restaurants. Peace, luxury and relaxation, enhanced by great facilities, make this a perfect haven for any couple.

All three properties can now be internally connected to form a single exclusive-use Longhouse for up to 15 guests, perfect for multi-generational family stays, celebrations, or group retreats. The Lakehouse sleeps 7 and is a stunning off-grid barn conversion set in private woodland and beside a tranquil lake. Booked together with the Longhouse, Laythams can accommodate up to 22 guests, making it perfect for weddings, milestone events, corporate retreats, or large family gatherings.
