Welcome to Welzenhof, idyllically situated by Northern Tyrol's largest high moor, the Schwemm, directly next to the "Moarhof" golf course (with a golf school).
The "Grenzenlos" cycling and hiking trail passes right by the farm.
In winter: directly on cleared winter hiking trails.
A cozy breakfast and lounge room with a tiled stove.
An extended breakfast with fresh products from our organically managed farm.
A sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities and plenty of space for children characterize our farm.
INCLUDED: Kaiserwinkl Card, pets on request – fees apply, pick-up service from the train station; Free Wi-Fi; Exclusive: Local tax EUR 2.60/person per night for those 15 and older, from 01.12.26 EUR 3.90/person per night for those 15 and older.
Coming from Niederndorf (German Autobahn - toll-free), turn left in the center of Walchsee at Pension Sonnenhof, drive past the dairy and the Wittlinger therapy center.
After approx. 1200m, you will find our farm on the right side, after the Hotel Moarhof.

Obwohl wir eine Ferienwohnung gebucht hatten, konnten wir das wirklich tolle Frühstück dazu buchen. Rosi hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Unser Sohn durfte ohne Probleme mit seinem Wohnmobil vorbeikommen und dort für 2 Nächte stehen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war etwas altmodischer eingerichtet aber dafür sehr sauber und ordentlich! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Abends saßen oft alle zusammen draußen und haben gegrillt und gequatscht. Es war sehr schön dort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
