The deposit will be charged as a payment via credit card, Revolut, or advance bank transfer.
The deposit refund will be issued up to 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: As per applicable municipal legislation from March 14, 2024, for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10): EUR 2 per person, per night. - In low season (1/11 to 31/03): EUR 1 per person, per night. Note: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over. Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within normal parameters for conscious use. Meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to determine consumption for the booking period in question (calculations are made for periods different from 30 days). Any consumption exceeding the included amount must be settled by the guests to NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash. Included values for electricity and water for each 30-day booking, depending on the accommodation type: T3: 350 kWh and 14 m³. If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the security deposit. PAYMENT: Payment must be made using details from a physical credit card (not virtual), and the transaction must be confirmed in your bank's application.

3 Herrliche Wochen in diesem Appartement verbracht.
Alles da was das Herz begehrt. Großes Wohn/Esszimmer mit einer Riesigen Fensterfront Richtung Süden. Dachterrasse mit Fantastischen Rundumblick. Auch komplett ausgestattet.
Zum Strand 5 Minuten , ins "Dorf" ne 1/2 Stunde.
