From the structure you can also reach the Sant'Andrea beach in a few minutes by car. The Cotoncello beach is a small sandy cove between the smooth granite boulders a few steps from the town of Sant'Andrea; characterized by clear, turquoise waters, it almost forms a swimming pool protected from the winds, ideal for families with children and for those who love tranquility away from the large crowded beaches of the island.
An intimate and exclusive area, connected to the busier Sant'Andrea beach, with its bars and restaurants, also by a suggestive walkway on the rocks. Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice! We will apply our agreed rates: you will not find anything cheaper either online or directly, anywhere. Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it. From the structure in a few minutes by car you can also reach the Sant'Andrea beach. Four-room apartment with 6 beds Located in a quiet and secluded area, this apartment is surrounded by the scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub.
The terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view, and the private parking space provides additional convenience. The accommodation, about 60 m² plus terrace, includes a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, and a small bedroom with bunk bed featuring its own little terrace.
The bathroom comes with a shower cabin.
The main 10 m² terrace is equipped for outdoor dining and offers a charming glimpse of the sea. The house is accessed via a sloped road of about 100 m; the last 10 m are flat but unpaved.
The Cotoncello and Sant’Andrea beaches are about a 10-minute drive away. Distances: - from Sant'Andrea: 1 km, from Marciana 8 km, from Marciana Marina 13 km, from Marina di Campo 24 km from Portoferraio 29 km Distances from the beaches: - From Cotoncello beach 600 m - From Sant'Andrea beach 1 km - Patresi beach 6 Km - Pomonte beach 11 km - Fetovaia beach 15.5 km - Procchio beach 20 km - Biodola beach 26 km Important Notes: - group of guys under 21 years old are not allowed - check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid - small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30 - deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
