This elegant house with a private pool and sea views is located in the exclusive urbanization of Mas Fumats, in Roses.
Accommodating 6 to 8 people, it's the perfect retreat for an unforgettable vacation.
The house is spread over two floors to provide comfort and privacy for our guests.
On the main floor, you will find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
One of these bathrooms has a shower, while the other features a relaxing bathtub. Additionally, a charming staircase leads you to the tower, where the third bedroom with a private bathroom and shower awaits. On the lower floor, at pool level, you'll find an additional studio with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This space is exclusively available for groups of more than 6 people during the low season, with a small supplement per extra person. The house has air conditioning in three of the bedrooms and in the cozy living room, although the studio on the lower floor does not have this amenity. The living room, with views of the stunning bay, is a bright and inviting space. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Furthermore, we have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. To keep you connected and entertained, we offer WiFi and a TV with English and German channels.
You can also park up to two cars in the outdoor parking area. In this house, everything is designed for you to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Yes, a basic consumption of 15 kWh per day is included.
