Welcome to our paradise on Earth! This cozy holiday villa is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.
Situated in Mas Fumats, with panoramic views of the stunning Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava.
Accommodating a maximum of 6 people, the house features three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet for your convenience.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The house is spread over two floors.
On the main floor, there is an entrance hall with a storage room and a separate toilet.
Through the entrance hall, you enter the living room with an open-plan kitchen, a fireplace, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa.
From the living room, you access the spacious outdoor terrace with a luxurious lounge area for 5 people, a dining table, and a second fireplace that can be used for barbecues.
To keep you cool, the terrace has fixed sun protection, and for additional shade, there is a parasol.
From the terrace, you can access the private 8x4m swimming pool and the lower terrace via a staircase.
The pool has steps and reaches a depth of up to 2 meters.
There is an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and chairs.
The garden can be entered through a small exit gate under the stairs and has several pleasant tiled spots where you can sit and relax in the shade of the olive trees or find a sunny spot for sunbathing.
The lower floor of the house is accessed via a staircase from the living room, where you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a second toilet.
Two bedrooms have double beds and direct access to the terrace and pool.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
For your convenience, the house is equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet, WIFI, and a 55-inch 4K television with Google TV for all your streaming and apps.
In the bathroom, you will also find a washing machine that can be used.

Sehr schönes Haus. Nicht zu gross und nicht zu klein. Die Ausstattung top. Die Kinder hatten mega Spaß im Pool und der Ausblick ist gigantisch. Wir werden das Haus definitiv wieder buchen. Top!!!
