The villa is approached via a pathway up a short flight of stairs into a garden which features a small pond, a good sized heated pool and a covered veranda offering outdoor eating facilities with a BBQ area for 10 guests.
The villa also offers private parking for 2 cars. This newly renovated Villa for rent located within a walking distance from historical center of Dubrovnik offers excellent choice for travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik and the area.

The units can, depending on availability, also be rented individually upon request. Booking this listing automatically reserves the entire villa for private use. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection.
Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

What a great place! Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms plus all the amenities. We especially loved leaving the crowds and coming back to the pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping. It felt like we had entered a completely different place. Highly recommend this home!

The property was well equipped and conveniently located within walking distance to the old city of Dubrovnik. We did have difficulty connecting to the internet. The dryer was broken however reception let us bring our laundry to be dried by housekeeping. A technician came and a part has been ordered for the dryer .
