This modern flat is located in Martim Moniz, right in the centre of Lisbon. With a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, it's the ideal choice for enjoying the city.


NOTE: The living room has a sofa bed for 1 or 2 children. The swimming pool is only available between June and September

Access to the property is by codes. Guests must go directly to the property and contact our team on arrival to provide identification details and obtain the access codes.

All guests must provide identification upon check-in.

The Baixa (centre of Lisbon), very close to Martim Moniz, is the heart of the city. It is the main shopping and banking district stretching from the river bank to the main avenue (Avenida da Liberdade), with streets named after the shopkeepers and artisans who traded in the area.

Rossio Square was completely rebuilt after the Great Earthquake of 1755, with streets lined with uniform neoclassical buildings. This was Europe's first great example of neoclassical design and urban planning and one of the finest European architectural achievements of the time.

It remains an imposing neighbourhood, with elegant squares, pedestrian streets, cafés and shops. Old trams, street performers, side-by-side Art Deco shop windows, decorated patisseries and street vendors selling everything from flowers to souvenirs all give the area a special charm.

Watch it all from a table outside the Nicola Café in Rossio Square, facing the monumental National Theatre and St George's Castle, and as you walk down Rua Augusta, past the Arc de Triomphe, to the majestic Praça do Comércio.

Martim Moniz is a great place to stay because it's central to all the main sights and attractions, with excellent transport facilities and close to shops, restaurants, cafés and some museums.
