Villa Graziosa spreads over 2 floors and has a residential area of 200 square meters. It lays on a private and fully fenced plot of 1.000 square meters in total. Villa Graziosa has a private entrance and private parking place for 4 cars.
In total it offers accommodation for 10 guests. It features 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has an additional bed and a bathtub. Three of the other guest bedrooms are on the upper floor. They boast bathrooms with showers and large windows with an exit to the sunny terrace. One of the guest bedrooms on the upper floor can be arranged as a double bed bedroom or a twin bed bedroom, depending on your wishes and needs. On request, you will be provided with a baby cot and a high chair for babies and toddlers of up to 3 years of age. Moreover, each bedroom is equipped with a television and air-conditioning.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with plenty of space for food storing and preparing. So here you will find a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, kettle, blender, and espresso coffee maker. In addition, there is an outdoor wood-fire barbecue where you can prepare tasty meals.
The cozy living room boasts a large-angle seating sofa where you can lay down and watch television with satellite channels.

Lækkert stort hus og masser af plads, selv når man er mange afsted og bor under samme tag. Ligger godt i forhold til Pula centrum og på en relativ stille vej i et roligt området. Madrasser og puder er altid til diskution. Man kommer aldrig godt afsted med store hovedpuder. Madres kunneosse trænge til en udskiftning. ☺️

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Der Außenbereich wurde liebevoll angelegt. Ein Highlight ist der Tennisplatz und Basketballkorb direkt am Haus.
Mückengitter in den Schlafzimmern wären toll. Ansonsten gibt es nicht zu beanstanden.
