This vacation home is located 5 km from the sea, so we recommend renting a car.
The spacious estate is attractive and has 1000 m2. The highlight of the villa is a swimming pool of 50 m2 that can be heated, which is great for the guests coming in preseason and postseason.
The attractive pool area has comfortable lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The garden around the pool has authentic Mediterranean plants. The property is fenced and offers privacy and peace.
The interior of the villa is modern and stylish. Each detail has been carefully selected, with a lot of love and dedication.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for carefree cooking. It is connected to an elegant living area with a fireplace. From the ample glass walls, you can enjoy the garden and pool view. Both, kitchen and living area exit to a spacious terrace with a pool. The summer kitchen with an alfresco dining area for 10 is excellent for socializing with family and friends.
The ground floor also has one bedroom with a king-size bed and one en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The rest of the dormitory is on the first floor and boasts 3 elegant bedrooms. Each has a private en-suite bathroom and a view of the park.
Next to Villa Grandiosa, another villa from our offer has found its place - Villa Graziosa. Both share the tennis court where you can also play basketball. Billiard, table soccer, and 3 bicycles are also at disposal. A sauna will be great after a tennis match or after swimming in the pool.
Villa Grandiosa is wheelchair accessible, has 4 parking places and Wi-Fi.

We had a super vacation in Villa Ula. The villa is very modern and has everything as it was described on the webpage (https://www.myistria.com/de/villen/in-pula/villa-ula). The owner is very responsive for all kind of questions. There was really nothing to complain!!! Perfect stay! We will come back.

We had one of our most beautiful stays in Istria in this lovely house. There is everything your heart could desire and so peaceful and quiet you can totally relax. We could not think of anything we would have missed. Deni and his wife were excellent hosts and always had a tip for us. We will definitely come back!
