The spanish style “Villa Calima” is located in Playa Blanca on Lanzarote, and is only a short drive from the beach. This apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen, living room, one bathroom, terrace, barbeque area and private heated pool (in winter) are all located on the ground floor while the top floor has the 2 bedrooms (both with a terrace) and one bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, portable heaters as well as a baby cot and a highchair (available under request). The private outdoor area boasts mountain views and also has a balcony, a partly covered terrace with a barbecue and a swimming pool with seating furniture. The nearest restaurant, which also happens to be close to the beach, is approximately 7 km or a 10-minute drive away, while the nearest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.6 km) from the villa. A supermarket, is a 3-minute drive from the apartment (5 km), while bars and restaurants are found along the beach. The closest sandy beach, Playa Flamingo, can be reached after approximately 4 minutes by car (2.2 km). If you want to go on a boat tour, boat tour agencies are found all over this area with the nearest two being a 5-minute drive away (3 km). The international airport is a 30-minute drive (34.6 km) from the property.
