Nice and roomy with 3 bathrooms/showers. Easy access to the sea and beach. Short journey into Kinsale
It felt a little tired. Bath panel loose, shower handle falls off in shower, coat hooks broken in hall. No can opener or bread knife (we bought and left knife there). No local guides in guest folder or advice on best local shops, restaurants and bars
