The flat is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Westendorf, in the middle of typical Austrian nature. The ski lift is within easy reach and if there is enough snow you can ski right up to the front door. In addition, several hiking, cycling and mountain bike trails lead past the accommodation.

Westendorf is a charming Austrian mountain village in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. It has a traditional Tyrolean flair, with cosy restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy local dishes such as Wiener Schnitzel and apple strudel. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
