The 230 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

Palma international airport is a 45-minute drive (62.4 km) from the villa. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are only allowed on the ground floor and are strictly forbidden on the upper floors. There is an age restriction for booking the property: only guests aged 25 or older are permitted.
