Located on the rooftops, between the elegant resorts of Vilamouyra and Olhos de Agua. There are several restaurants and local commerce within easy walking distance of the house, as well as beaches just 400 meters away. Pool, Terrace and Solarium There is a large lawned garden and a huge private swimming pool with Portuguese landscaping.
The villa is fenced, giving an air of privacy.
The terrace is partially covered, offering some shade, much appreciated for al fresco dining.
There is also a brick barbecue and preparation area for the garden side. Entrance Double doors provide access to private parking.
The front door opens into the hallway with the living room at the front. Living Area The contemporary living room on the ground floor is luxuriously decorated, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
Large French windows let in plenty of light into the room and open onto the pool terrace.
On one side of the room, we have a raised circular lounge area with a fireplace. Upstairs, the large landing serves as a lounge area. Living and Kitchen The dining room and fully equipped kitchen are adjacent to the ground floor living room, being very close by. The modern kitchen has a small counter where we can have breakfast. There is also a laundry room just next door. Bedrooms and Bathrooms On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
There is also a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. One of the twin bedrooms has access to a private terrace, and the other 2 bedrooms share the largest terrace where you can enjoy the sun with pool views.
