The excellent facilities on offer will enable you to make the most of your stay: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in showers in the bathrooms, linen provided, plancha. Outside July and August, weekend rentals (Friday to Sunday) are available on request. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A bright living room with a comfortable sofa and an unobstructed view. - An open-plan dining room overlooking the sea, with access to the swimming pool on the same level. - A beautiful open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and numerous utensils. - Separate WC - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and private bathroom Garden level: - Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), each with en-suite bathroom. - Access to the garden from the bedrooms On the 1ᵉʳ floor: - A fourth bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) featuring a magnificent terrace with sea view is located above the living room kitchen - En-suite bathroom and WC Exterior: The villa boasts a heated pool with counter-current swimming, as well as a terrace enjoying a wonderful sea view. Surroundings: - Beach only 10 minutes away by car. - In the village of Erbalunga: mini-market, tobacconist's with lotto, post office with cash dispenser, butcher's, baker's, several restaurants on the pretty square, including a gourmet restaurant. - Sporting activities: canoeing from the village, hiking, diving. - Transport: Bus from the village, cab by telephone. Casa Dalessio 3 Luxueuze villa, geschakeld met een andere villa. Alle voorzieningen op niveau aanwezig. Terras en (slaap)kamers met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Makkelijk bereikbaar - direct aan de panoramische kustweg. Eigen parkeerplek.
