Pier Houses are two semi-detached, mirror-image cottages set in one of the most enviable positions in the village, just 50 feet from the edge of Fearnach Bay. Built of locally quarried stone, they enjoy uninterrupted south-easterly views across Loch Melfort towards Melfort Pier. The cottages share a large garden and gravelled seating area with outdoor furniture, and there is ample parking on the opposite side of the road.
Each cottage offers a spacious kitchen and dining room with views over the garden and a door leading outside, equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and washing machine. A short corridor leads to a ground-floor shower room with shower, w.c. and basin, along with a drying area.
At the front of the cottage, the generous sitting room features a wood-burning stove, Smart TV and a double sofa bed suitable for occasional guests, with outstanding views across Loch Melfort. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a landing gives access to three bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.
Upstairs, the spacious double bedroom (with Smart TV) and twin bedroom both enjoy exceptional loch views, while the four-bed bunk room at the rear looks towards Creag an Sturra.

Sadly we only had a very short 1 evening stay at this beautiful location. We would have enjoyed more time here. In that short time we received above and beyond care. Amazing week in an excellent location. Stayed with 5 adults and 4 children and all had a great time. Perfect to enjoy the outdoors and cosy evenings.
The property was better than we imagined - very comfortable, spacious, and warm.
