Pros: Lage am Strand (140 m), modernes Haus, notwendigste Utensilien vorhanden, kleiner Willkommensgruss, Zwischenreinigung, genügend Handtücher,
Cons: Der Garten wird von Katzen als Klo missbraucht, Terrassengeländer ist extrem gefährlich da Kinder durch können, Treppengitter wären bei Babys hilfreich, keine Schälchen vorhanden, Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad zu beschränkt
