Das Haus ist gemütlich, aber sehr spärlich beleuchtet, sofern man auch mal etwas sehen muss/will und die Sonne sich nicht zeigt.
Das Feuchtigkeitsproblem im Untergeschoß.
Der Golfplatzbau vorort und der massive Inselwaldbrand kurz zuvor sind belastend für die Umgebung, die betroffene Bevölkerung, aber natürlich auch für Urlaubsgäste
