Good size and fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need during stay. Dining table and chairs to seat four comfortably.

Kitchen area includes a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle.

A comfortable sitting room with large sofa, armchair, rug, desk and smart TV with free view and Netflix.


First Floor


Double bedroom

Double bedroom (sleeps 2) with wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps and a chair. Bed linen and towels provided.


Second double bedroom

Double bedroom (sleeps 2) with wardrobe, bedside table and lamp and a chair.


Bathroom

Family bathroom with large walk in, overhead shower, sink and WC.


Outside

A lovely patio area with outdoor seating, pretty coastal bunting and decorative outdoor lights. Deckchairs and beach towels are provided for days on the beach.

House Rules

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday cottage. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.

Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.

Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.

For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.

Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
