Lodge in a secluded location with a wonderful view of Walchsee / lake.
Based on an alpine hut built in 1807 from the Kaiser Mountains, which we carefully removed, the outer facade is brought back to life with the 200-year-old wood.
The lodge is being equipped with the latest technology in the living area. Furnished with three bedrooms, two bathrooms - one with a shower and toilet on the ground floor, the other upstairs with a bathtub and toilet. Both, of course, with a sink and heated towel rail. In the living-dining area there is a small kitchen with a bar, a large dining table and a couch corner. A balcony as well as a small terrace are part of the equipment.
INCLUSIVE: heating, water, electricity
EXCLUSIVE: € 1.90 local tax, final cleaning € 100, additional wood consumption € 20 / box, payable on site
