Situated directly at the Havel, with bathing beach and natural sunbathing lawn in front of the door. The house (90sqm) offers with 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and bathroom space for 4 people (minimum age 7 years) and is furnished with everything that makes a vacation comfortable including free parking, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Look forward to a vacation home with separate Innnhof with garden, with space to relax, linger, a barbecue facility as well as seating / dining area, parasol and sunbeds.Enjoy the tranquility, the romance of a natural river landscape or start active directly from the front door for hiking, swimming, stand up paddling, canoe trips, fishing or cycling on the Havelradweg. In the immediate vicinity you also have the opportunity to rent a canoe or stand up paddle in a small garden cafe. You can also safely park your own bicycles or canoes on our property. Explore the Havelland, enjoy our culture. Good to know for a planned city trip is the city of Brandenburg 30km and Potsdam 70km away. Payment is made on arrival (from 15.00Uhr), exclusively in cash. The vacation home is exclusively a non-smoking house, The vacation home is not suitable for children under 7 years.

How to get there
PKW: am besten mit Hilfe des Navi mit Eingabe Bahnitz oder Milower Land - Bahnitz (PLZ Eingabe kann irreführend sein); A2 über Brandenburg in Ri. Genthin, weiter auf B1, hinter Neubensdorf re. auf die L96 Ri. Premnitz/Rathenow bis Nitzahn, wieder re. abbiegen nach Bahnitz, in Bahnitz auf der Dorfstr. entlang bis zur Havel; Anreise über Pritzerbe B102, mit der Fähre die Havel überqueren nach Kützkow, dort am Ortsende re. nach Bahnitz abbiegen, ca 3 km bis zum Kreisel in Bahnitz, re. auf die Dorfstr. abbiegen und zur Havel fahren. ÖPNV: ab Berlin-Hbf. RE4 bis Rathenow, weiter mit Bus 678 Ri. Bahnitz

Description of the accommodation
The apartment is about 90sqm and spread over 2 floors. A maximum of 4 people can stay here. The apartment is not suitable for children under 8 years. It offers 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each.For an additional sleeping possibility is a sofa bed on the 1st floor ready. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a flat screen TV. With a passage is the dining room with enough space. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and cooking utensils. In the bathroom there is a shower and a toilet.
