The Space
A comfortable, newly renovated house with traditional finishes is adorned with modern touches and folk elements lending a more refined look to the building.
The property features a spacious modern furnished living room with a traditionally detailed fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen with all the amenities needed, where you can prepare your homely cooked meals.
On the same floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
Enjoy a summer refreshing drink or a hot winter coffee at the veranda of the house, gazing upon the sky of Corfu. Endeavor your meals, after a stroll at the magical places of the island, at the tastefully decorated outdoor places of the property.
In the green garden you will find furnished spots and a pergola where you can relax, enjoy your breakfast or meals.

The Neighborhood
The accommodation is located a breath away from the beautiful sandy beach of Gouvia (250m.).
There is a renowned beach under the walls of the old town at the Palace, at Cape Faliraki only 10 km away from the property.
In a short distance from the property you will find a mini market, taverns with fresh fish and a wide variety of local cuisine.
On the west coast you can discover unique beaches such as the beach Ermones(13km), the impressive Paleokastritsa(14km), Glyfada(15km), the unruly Myrtiotissa(15km) and the famous sandy beach of Agios Georgios Pagon(21km).
The east coast has nothing to envy with the cosmopolitan Dassia (3km), the fine gravel of Barbati beach(9km) and the enchanting bay of Kouloura (20km).
South of the island dominates the golden paradise of adventure, Halikounas (35km) and the unruly beach of Arkoudilas (55km).
In Alykes Potamou and Lake Korrision, flamingos and other migratory birds make their own passage creating an exotic landscape.
The green northeast coast invites you to visit its unique seaside villages. A one-day trip at the picturesque small villages will let you experience the local culture and hospitality.
Visit the famous Pontikonisi(14km) and the monastery of Pantokrator(25km) , the old town of Corfu (13km) which is also an UNESCO World Heritage Monument, the Archeological museum of Kerkira (28km), the museum of Asian art (14km). Make an excursion to Achillion(15km) the fairytale palace of Empress Sissy and the imposing neoclassical Mon Repo(10km), built as a summer residence of the English commissioner Frederic Adam for the benefit of Corfu Nina Palatianou. Finally, climb the steps of the male monastery Holy Monastery of Panagia Paleokastritsa (14km) which was built in the 13th century. You can also visit the largest square in the Balkans, Spianada Square, which is only 9km away from the property.
