LOCATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION
This fabulous flat is located right on the seafront, specifically on the Avda. de España promenade. With wide, well-kept beaches and urban facilities that will make it easy for you from access to being able to eat with the family in a beach bar. Furthermore, this promenade is wide and flat, ideal for long walks with the family, skating or cycling.
Although it is on the beachfront, the flat has views of the mountains and the centre of Estepona. Centre, with its typical streets and businesses that will be of great interest for the variety of businesses you can find, leisure, restaurants, fashion, pharmacies, tobacconists, supermarkets, all within walking distance.
Perhaps the most complicated thing about the area in high season is parking, an issue that can be solved in the public parking (but paid) that has just outside the entrance of the accommodation. However, if you travel by bus, you will have different combinations to get to Estepona, being the provincial station of the city about 3 km. approximately.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner, can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the stay of the traveler, provided that these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were of obligatory compliance.
To mitigate these possible inconveniences during your stay, we recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance.

It is located next to the restaurant "La Vela Azul", 30 m from the supermarket "Coviran", 50 m from the sandy beach, 100 m from Estepona city centre, 1 km from the water park "Fun Beach Park Estepona", 7 km from the golf course "Estepona Golf", 8 km from the nature park "Selwo Aventura", 45 km from the airport "Gibraltar International Airport, GIB", 85 km from the airport "Malaga International Airport, AGP", 240 km from the ski slope "Sierra Nevada" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the residential complex.
It has lift, iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, heating (heat pump), air conditioning only in the living room, 1 TV.
The open plan kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Please note that to stay in this property a deposit is required to be held or paid prior to key handover.
The deposit will be released or refunded after your stay.
