EXTRAORDINARY COASTAL VIEWS AND HEATED POOL.
The elevated location of this villa, giving you the feeling of being on top of the world, offers 180 degrees of panoramic sea views, encompassing Gibraltar and Africa.
The front door opens to reveal an entrance infused with natural light from a skylight overhead. Colourful wall tiles lend a touch of Andalusian style. Based on the principles of simplicity and natural beauty, the décor and furnishings are simple yet elegant.
Located on three levels, the villa is perfect for entertaining, with a spacious layout offering 5 bedrooms. On the main floor you will find an open-plan style living/dining room, with a large covered terrace with seating and dining areas. Occupying a prime position at the front of the house is a sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by a lawn and a tiled terrace with sun loungers. The pool measures 8m x 4m and has a depth of 1m - 2m. Inside there is a well-equipped kitchen, which makes preparing meals a pleasure. Its design, with top of the range appliances and a central granite table for breakfast and/or meal preparation, reflects the owner's passion for cooking. There are two coffee machines. A traditional one with coffee beans and a Nespresso. Adjacent to the hallway is the first en-suite bedroom.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: the master bedroom has spectacular ocean views, which can be enjoyed from the private balcony. The staircase landing has a cosy reading corner with a bookshelf and a comfortable armchair. On the next floor there is a huge terrace which houses the fifth bedroom and a separate bathroom.
Of course, there is high speed internet, IPTV and air conditioning throughout.
Pool heating is optional at 300 €/week. Pool heating is available between May and October depending on the temperature.
We always provide complimentary beach towels for your comfort.
The property is located in a non-party urbanisation. There should be no noise late at night and no anti-social or disruptive behaviour.
Location
The villa is situated in the sought after neighbourhood of Seghers, Estepona. Set on a gentle hillside, Seghers commands fabulous sea views. It is a peaceful and well maintained community favoured by those seeking a tranquil setting but with quick access to amenities. The marina is a short stroll away and the town centre a 5 minute drive. The popular family beach, Playa de Cristo, with its shallow waters, is also within walking distance. The Police Station is at its entrance, just in case
Estepona is situated about 25 km west of Marbella and on the way to Sotogrande and Gibraltar. It is sheltered to the north by the striking Sierra Bermeja mountain range. Facing the entire length of the town is a wide beach, complemented by a beautiful promenade with playgrounds, restaurants, bars, etc.
Like many coastal towns in southern Spain, Estepona began as a fishing village and has developed organically over centuries rather than rapidly over decades. As a result, it remains refreshingly unassuming and has retained its village atmosphere with a characterful old town full of narrow cobbled streets and small cafe-lined squares. Its palm tree lined avenues, flower-filled parks and streets full of flowers sprouting from pretty pots have earned Estepona the nickname "The Garden of the Costa del Sol".
Estepona has undergone a major redevelopment and one of the projects has been street murals on the sides of buildings, aimed at regenerating some of the derelict neighbourhoods. These murals, scattered around the town, have transformed the walls into stunning works of art.
Estepona has a working fishing port where you can watch the boats return with their catch. The adjoining marina is home to numerous bars and restaurants, which are even livelier at night. It is a great place to admire the small pleasure boats moored or to hire a boat. The marina is also the site of a very popular Sunday market.
Estepona has much more to offer than a beach-centric holiday and a trip to Sierra Bermeja at sunset is a magical and unforgettable occasion. Watch it as the sun sets and radiates a red glow, giving it the name Sierra Bermeja - Cordillera Roja. Just be careful on the way down, as the route is very steep and winding.
