This 2-bedroom apartment is ideally located for those wishing to explore San Pedro without relying on a car. It is situated midway between the beach area and the town centre, making it a relatively short walk in either direction. It has two terraces.
The main one overlooks the garden, communal pools, and stretches towards the beach.
It offers the opportunity to watch the horizon and the sea. Please look at the photos to get an idea.
On the terrace, there is a sofa and a dining table for up to 6 people.
You can dine al fresco by candlelight. The living room is comfortable and colourful, and it has a dining table for 6 people.
Of course, there is air conditioning throughout the apartment. Both bedrooms have single beds, but the master bedroom has the option to convert it into a king-size bed with a topper.
Both bathrooms have stylish interiors and showers. Regarding the kitchen, it is galley-style and fully equipped for your use, including a traditional filter coffee machine.
The kitchen leads to the rear terrace, which has an outdoor bar/kitchen with an electric griddle, fridge, stools, and views of La Concha mountain.
In the summer months, this terrace will be cooler during hot days.
Please note that there is a main road on this side, and it can sometimes be noisy.
But you can always use the south-facing terrace with the sea view, which is quieter. We always provide complimentary beach towels for your convenience. The property is located in a no-party urbanization.
