FAMILIES ONLY. Luxury flat right on the beach. We have decorated this flat following the elegant and fresh line that characterizes the Premium flats, with fresh tones combined with white lacquered carpentry. The final decoration details have given the warmth and comfort we were looking for.
The large 27 m2 terrace is ideal for al fresco dining with the family or just relaxing in the armchairs watching the sea, reading or having a drink after dinner with outdoor lighting. Watching the sunrise is a spectacle not to be missed. There is all the necessary equipment to enjoy your holiday without having to bring your own. As a novelty for this year we have added 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available to all customers who will find in the same flat. Come and spend a fantastic holiday in our flat AG TURQUESA Premium.
To access the swimming pool and the car park you have to climb some stairs, so people with reduced mobility should take this into account.
The flat is on the 5th floor.
Situated on the Paseo Marítimo with cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants and all kinds of services.
You can walk to the Aquarium area or to the left to the Plaza del Temple. Everything is less than 400 metres away.
You have direct access to the beach across the promenade.
There is a bike lane that runs along the beach from end to end.
