This four bedroom villa is built within a volcanic perimeter wall with gate and private car parking space.
The walls surround colourful flower gardens and a large south facing terrace with comfortable sun-loungers; an ideal spot for sun worshippers.
The terrace is also equipped with an attractive built-in-barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the perfect meal by the heated pool.
If you do not feel like cooking, however, there is a good selection of restaurants just a short stroll away.
The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge with attractive dome shaped ceiling and indirect lighting with separate dining area, very tastefully furnished throughout.
There is a modern open plan fully fitted kitchen which is very well equipped to include microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Satellite TV is also installed.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.
The villa has four double bedrooms with twin or double bed thus sleeping eight adults comfortably and we can also supply cots or extra beds for children.
Three luxury bathrooms complete the accommodation, two ensuite, the third between the third and fourth bedroom.
Located just 300 yards from the main beach and all amenities, Mimi is in a great location!

We originally booked a 2 bed but got a free upgrade to a 4 bed. Villa is fantastic. Location is excellent. Close enough to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Cleaning lady was lovely and chatty.
