This first floor apartment is accessed through a communal reception hall with four flights of stairs or via lift

This room is open plan with the dining area and kitchen and has two sofas, a glass coffee table, side tables and a TV cabinet with a flat screen Smart TV and a DVD player
French doors lead out to the furnished balcony which has excellent views over Fistral Beach

Incorporated into the living area and open plan with the kitchen, this room features a dining table with seating for four and a contemporary sideboard

As we were holidaying with my elderly parents the apartment was perfect, having lift access was an advantage, also the lovely views from the covered balcony & both bedrooms were mesmerising. The apartment was comfortable, clean & had all appliances you would need if you wished to cook or do any clothes washing. The little welcome pack was much appreciated too. Thank you
