There is open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, large mezzanine and bathroom with whirlpool and access to the sauna.

The living room is very spacious and bright due to the large windows and high-vaulted ceiling.

In order to ensure good air and keep the energy costs to a minimum there is a air-to-air heat pump which also can be used as air conditioning.

There is furthermore a brick fireplace.

There are terraces facing east, south and west with views of the secluded natural plot plus with good opportunities for finding a sheltered spot for sunbathing or barbecues.

A part of the terrace is sheltered from the wind.

Level lawn plot with room for ball games .

There is also a football goal.
