The Villa "Kitiya's House", equipped with free internet access with WiFi, consists of two very spacious bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom, kitchen and a very large veranda with a splendid view of the beach & sea, just a few steps away . There is also a spacious external atrium, where there are a shower cubicle, an oven, and a brick BBQ. The house is located just 5 meters from the beach with fine sand of a very light almost golden color. The sea is among the most beautiful, clean, clear and crystalline in Sicily. On the beach there is also a kiosk where you can sit and have a drink or enjoy an ice cream. The area is strategic to reach the most beautiful places in South Eastern Sicily.
At about 3 km, there is Marzamemi, an ancient fishing village which, due to its particularity and beauty, has been the site of several film sets including: South; Overseas is not America; the iguana; Mario und der Zauberer; and various episodes of Commissioner Montalbano. The beach of the Vendicari Naturalistic Oasis begins at 1 km, where inside the reserve you can see rare birds that nest in the quagmire located inside the reserve, not far from the beach. At 8 km, is the southernmost country in Europe, that is, Portopalo di Capo Passero, with the island of the Currents where the meeting of the Mediterranean and Ionian seas takes place, for this reason called precisely Island of the Currents. At 5 km, the mosaics of the villa del Tellaro. At 12 km there is Noto, capital of the Baroque and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Another beautiful UNESCO city, which is about 40 km away, is Ragusa which, with Ragusa Ibla, will make you spend some wonderful moments with healthy walks immersed in the Hyblean baroque. In short, we are waiting for you to take advantage of it, in addition to a sea and a beach that has nothing to envy to the Caribbean ones, to visit this corner of South Eastern Sicily, "further south of Tunis", immersed in the Baroque, with inebriating scents mixed with Arab traditions.

Die Infrastruktur ist knapp. Nur eine Liege gibt es nur eine, Wasserkocher gibt es keinen. Nur einen Schlüssel fürs ganze Haus, einiges ist defekt. Schade, die Terrasse ist wunderschön.
