Your stylish apartment is spacious 65 square meters or 700 square feet in size with high ceilings throughout and is located on the 1st floor of this building with a very high standard of finish throughout. Your apartment has elegant parquet flooring throughout with elegant rugs. The bright Lounge, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, is open plan to the dining area and kitchen. Air-conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a 2-seat sofa and a comfortable chair facing towards the wall-mounted 4K Smart TV. The combined Dining Area and kitchen has a dining table and chairs for 4 connected to one side of the kitchen work surface and these are positioned in front of almost floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows, making it exceptionally bright during daylight hours.

The well-equipped kitchen has a 5-ring electric hob with an extract over, oven, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay. The washer/dryer is located in a cupboard in the main hallway.
